Roman dishes with robust cuisine

Impeccable cuisine, excellent service, especially Andrea, the guy with the tattoos, always kind, professional, and friendly. Highly recommended.

Tanto pe’ magnà is one of those trattorias that reminds you why Rome is Rome. Authentic dishes, generous portions, and a down-to-earth atmosphere that doesn't need artifice to win you over.

The food was quite good, the rest was poor. The atmosphere was truly "full," with no space between tables. But unfortunately, the saddest aspect is something else: My girlfriend very kindly tried to ask a waiter if they could find vegan options together, but the waiter started offering gluten-free options instead. I pointed out (extremely kindly) the waiter's mistake, and he replied that he had no idea what vegan meant. And I assure you, it wasn't a joke. I find it truly unacceptable that in a restaurant, the staff serving food are unaware of and aware of diets that don't want/can't contain meat, eggs, dairy, and animal products. The restaurant also boasts traditional Roman dishes, which, indeed, have historically had several vegan options. Don't just get used to the same old, boring carbonara.

We arrived very late (unfortunately due to exceptional circumstances and not our fault), but we were treated with kindness, courtesy, and friendliness, even though they stayed at least an hour longer due to our fault. The appetizers and first courses were excellent; we didn't try the second courses or dessert, but we all left satisfied. Congratulations!

Typical Roman trattoria cuisine.

Excellent cuisine, a kid-friendly atmosphere, and excellent value. Everything you'd expect from a typical Roman restaurant! The carbonara is superb!

Trattoria molto semplice e ruspante. Piatti deliziosi, prezzo decente. Abbiamo mangiato la trippa e la coda alla vaccinara: ben speziati, ricchi e gustosi. Servizio semplice e accogliente (un pochino ruvido ma due ragazzi di gran cuore e simpatia). Attenti alle intolleranze alimentari: bravi! Strada ahimè molto trafficata.

Personale gentile, abbiamo mangiato molto bene, piatti della tradizione romana, porzioni generose e prezzo onesto. Consigliato, ci tornerei
