Hats off to this place, both in name and in fact. The food, service, and ambiance far surpass the limiting five stars. It would take more stomachs to eat it all.

It was top-notch. We received the best service in Sicily here. It was a pleasure to be served with such enthusiasm, energy, and friendliness. The food was heaven on earth; every dish was a revelation, with combinations that were a true feast for the palate, and the quality sensational. We had a very good meal there; the starters and pasta dishes were exquisite and excellent, and the wine was good. Vegetarian dishes were available upon request; it was absolutely no problem.

This restaurant is located in the center of Ribera. The quality of the food and the courtesy of the staff are excellent. Two points: the table lacks a tablecloth and adequate napkins, which are especially useful if you're eating fish. Finally, it's always important to specify any discounts applied, avoiding a single receipt without the ability to see the actual price of each dish. That said, the quality of the dishes is definitely worth a try.

A wonderful evening in a first-class restaurant. The pasta dishes were fantastic. I recommend everyone to stop by and try the dishes. The service is super friendly and attentive. This is what I imagine an authentic Sicilian restaurant to be like.

Attention to detail for excellent service and special, tasty dishes

After a nice afternoon walk in the Valley of the Temples we were looking for a welcoming place but above all with good food and among the various searches we found this beautiful Vineria. We were welcomed very well, daily menu with fresh ingredients (mainly fish) explained dish by dish, also in English! Very kind and welcoming owner, very fast waiter, prepared and kind. The food? Great, I ate one of the best pasta dishes of my life, paccheri with scampi, cherry tomatoes, stracciatella and almonds: exceptional! Delicate taste and I could taste every single ingredient accompanied by fresh pasta al dente! I was with some foreigners who fell in love with their dishes, with very fresh tuna and excellent swordfish rolls: a great impression! They make you sit at tables on the street that overlooks the restaurant, decorated with plants and light bulbs that give a very pleasant atmosphere mixed with the summer evening breeze. I saved the restaurant in my personal list on Google Maps because even if I live hours away I hope to return one day! Compliments
