I went to this restaurant in early September with friends. Location in the center of Noto, attentive, knowledgeable and friendly owner, with a nice helper. Excellent fish and meat starter, ideal for sharing for two. The first courses are excellent, tasty with generous portions. Absolutely recommended! I will happily return.

We went to the restaurant for dinner after visiting the city of Noto. The restaurant reflects the features of the town's architecture with a touch of novelty. The internal environment is very quiet and the staff is friendly. As regards the menu, you have the possibility to choose between seafood and land dishes, combining the possible requests of customers as much as possible. Excellent quality/price ratio, highly recommended for romantic dinners.

So-so experience... On Saturday evening at 9, certain dishes cannot be missing (like a simple beef fillet), and at least if they are missing it should be said immediately. We ate a baked sea bream, all in all good but nothing earth-shattering, while the service was rather distracted (bread and wine brought only after a reminder). Food prices in line with the Noto average, drinks prices low.

A more than pleasant discovery! Delicious and well-prepared dishes, quality products!! excellent quality/price! Very kind staff, the note of sympathy is also given by Corrado, a funny child who "wanders" around the place (grandson of the excellent cook). Everything perfect! Highly recommended place in an enchanting city!

Ci siamo stati ieri sera a cena, abbiamo mangiato divinamente, dall’antipasto Tannur al cannolo siciliano, tutto semplicemente buonissimo. Rapporto qualità prezzo onesto. Il locale è al centro storico di Noto ma in una traversa che garantisce intimità e tranquillità. Il personale è stato estremamente cordiale e accogliente. Corrado ha reso davvero speciale la serata a nostro figlio. Super consigliato.

Su suggerimento di Lina, la fantastica manager del nostro b&b, decidiamo di cenare da Tannur, mai scelta fu più azzeccata. Iniziamo con l’antipasto Tannur, che ci ha fatto compiere un viaggio alla scoperta di tutta la Sicilia, sia di mare che di terra (consigliato per 2 persone). Come piatto principale optiamo per il pescato del giorno, un ottimo dentice fresco e cotto a regola d’arte che ci viene pure gentilmente deliscato. Il tutto accompagnato da una saporitissima caponata, che profumava di “casa”. Personale super cortese. Rapporto qualità prezzo ottimo. Consigliato! Non si può visitare Noto senza fare una sosta da Tannur!

31/12/2024: We found the inn by chance, without looking at reviews etc. At 12.30 we entered and there were no customers inside, we know that at lunch people go to the beach, we were worried at first but then we became familiar with the waiter (Francesco) and I must say that we had fun. With delicious food and good wine we ended up having a really good time. The dessert (Top) a nice decomposed cannoli with ricotta that I will remember. The owner as well as Chef is a very polite and knowledgeable person. We will return, but above all recommended. Compliments!
31/10/2024: All I can say is that every course we have eaten and the wines we have enjoyed in this restaurant today have been amazing. I can’t believe we found Antica Locanda on the very last day of our trip. Make sure you come or you are missing a treat.

30/12/2024: Absolutely fantastic! One of the best dining experiences of my travels in Europe! No exaggeration. Food delicious and staff were so friendly & helpful. We had the cod for starter, followed by octopus, tuna lasagne, and tarte tatin for desert. 100% recommend. Book ahead if you can.
29/12/2024: We picked this restaurant as our last dinner in Sicily and we were not disappointed!😊 The restaurant is nicely decorated with bright color which gives a Mediterranean vibe. However the food is more a French fusion. We were generally impressed by the food. The grilled octopus was delicious and the duck breast was well prepared as well. I highly recommend the shrimp tempura as well! The waiters spoke perfect French and Italian and were very helpful! There was no cocktail menu but the restaurant is able to prepare basic cocktails. I’d recommend this place if you look for a family friendly restaurant with cozy atmosphere.
