Tana della Volpe In Sestriere

Tiramisu in Italy is amazing pretty much everywhere but this place does my favourite of them all 👌

We were there for dinner. Atmosphere is SUPER, you can reach it with a 20 mins ride on a snowmobile that is per se a super cool experience. Food was good, in line with what you would expect from a chalet on top of the mountain, it did not disappoint but nothing was WOW. Service was superb and the waiter was very helpful and accomodating

Accueil et service très sympa ! Nous avons beaucoup aimé les gnocchis et la polenta et sa viande de cerf. Le tout avec une très belle vue sur toute la vallée. On y reviendra, peut être pour y passer une nuit (il fait hôtel)

Beautiful place, I was this quiet weekend, I recommend it, especially the excellent cuisine, all good and refined, compliments to the Chef experience to be repeated in good company

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ The Tana delle Volpi refuge in Sestriere is a truly unique and extraordinary place! Located in a breathtaking position at over 2500 meters above sea level, it offers an authentic and immersive experience among incredible mountain landscapes and delicious typical dishes. The food is exquisite, prepared with care and passion, also considering the logistical efforts necessary to manage a structure in such an isolated but wonderful location. Unfortunately, I have recently noticed some clearly biased and not very credible reviews which denote superficiality in considering the logistical difficulties and the environment in which the staff has to work. Giving 1 star to a refuge that manages to combine such a special environment with quality cuisine is truly unfair and does not reflect reality at all. A big round of applause to the team for the incredible work they do every day to welcome customers with kindness and offer an unforgettable experience. Absolutely recommended for those seeking authenticity and excellence!
