Ristorante molto curato. Personale gentilissimo e sempre disponibile. Piatti tipici abbondanti e ben fatti. Personalmente come secondo ho ordinato una costata cottura media ed era perfetta!

After a long time (too long!) we returned to dine at Tamburino. Exquisite dishes, excellent raw materials, delicious vegetables. Franco Predomo is a great professional who makes you feel at home! The structure is even more beautiful than I remembered, the landscape seen from the hill is always beautiful. We will start frequenting again!

Position overlooking the valley. Large room with fast service. We went there for lunch completely by chance and the dishes we had were good. To give a more informed opinion I have to go back and I will for sure.

A certainty, a very well looked after place located above the Custoza hill of the same name. Excellent typical food and excellent wine, all accompanied by a stunning view! 06/06/2025: Pizza was disappointing. The base was not freshly made as in the videos but frozen. The pizza topping was good but the base was disappointing because of the many polenta on the bottom of the base
05/06/2025: It's a small place. Taste varies from person to person. Even though it's not a taste that can be called 'Wow', we liked it.
