27/02/2026: We had dinner at this wonderful grill restaurant, and the experience was truly exceptional from start to finish.
We were greeted with simply extraordinary fried meatballs, so soft they literally melted in our mouths. It was a start that immediately won everyone over.
While waiting for our first course, we enjoyed some of the most delicious and tender beef bombette skewers we've ever tasted: juicy, flavorful, perfectly cooked, a true feast for the palate.
For our first course, we chose bronze-drawn fettuccine with porcini mushrooms, veal bites, and Parmesan fondue. A rich, creamy, and fragrant dish, with quality ingredients perfectly balanced. Perhaps it just needed a pinch of salt to make it absolutely perfect, but overall, it was truly delicious.
Then we moved on to the grill: diaphragm with arugula, cherry tomatoes, and Parmesan shavings, picanha, and heifer entrecôte. Everything was delicious! Tender, delicious, and impeccably cooked meat.
An experience that combines quality ingredients, excellent preparation, and meticulous customer service. All washed down with a delicious Susumaniello di Puglia. Definitely a place to return to and one we recommend to anyone who loves properly prepared meat.
