We have been going to eat at Takaroa several times already, both for lunch and last night also for dinner. Spectacular first courses, excellent home cooking, pizza as I like it, well seasoned and not watery in the centre, excellent fried foods. Familiar and well looked after place. The service is good.

The place is simple and very welcoming, the staff is very courteous and efficient. The variety of choice is remarkable and the prices really reasonable. Really recommended.
