13/10/2025: Small tavern/trattoria in Castelfrentano in the province of Chieti. Exclusively all cod-based dishes. In fact, the owners call it: Percorso Baccalà (Baccalà Path). I KNOW IT'S FABULOUS. Generous dishes, divinely cooked by the owner: Mr. Peppone. His wife takes care of the dining room. A husband and wife team, very pleasant people. It's always best to book as the dining room is small: max 30/35 seats. There is no parking but parking is available along the main road. Excellent price for the quantity and quality. At the end of lunch: bocconotto (a typical local dessert) accompanied by Ratafià liqueur (made by the wife) and gentian made by the husband. A spectacle. Worth it, deserve it, deserve it!!!!!
