The pizza is excellent, very light and therefore easy to digest. The place/ambiance is a bit anonymous... But after all, it's a pizzeria by the slice.

Without a doubt, this is the best pan pizza in Udine, Friuli Venezia Giulia, and probably northern Italy. After all, the apprentice has learned from the master and may even have surpassed him. Those who gave previous reviews one star for trivial reasons unrelated to the pizza shouldn't even have the right to vote. They demonstrate an intrinsic anger that they vent this way. The pizza you'll find at this place is a form of mastery and art; no, the owner didn't pay me to write this. Thank you and goodbye.

A delicious pizza al taglio. Crispy crust, just like a pizza alla Romana. Lots of vegetarian options.

The pizza at Tajo is exceptional. Light dough and superb toppings. The owner is kind and helpful. You can tell they're very professional. The best takeout pizza...though you can eat in.

Roman style pizza slices, run by a vegetarian, so plenty of vegetarian and vegan options are available and delicious. Highly recommend the pizza with capers, olives and spicy garlic oil, which was also dairy-free. Open til 10pm on Fridays and Saturdays. Grazie mile!!
