"Best sushi in Turin," according to some Instagram reels. It's not even close. While the atmosphere and service are okay (we waited half an hour for the entrees), the food is absolutely mediocre. You get the feeling of low quality with every dish, and the portions are tiny. At least the salmon was acceptable and didn't taste like ammonia. Upon leaving the table, it left a rather disgusting taste in my mouth; I wouldn't go back.

Impeccable, I'll definitely be back. The Pad Tahi Ebi noodles are the best. I highly recommend them.

My absolute favorite sushi. Fresh ingredients and perfect pairings. Excellent wines, and a good selection. The atmosphere is nice, even if small and a little noisy, but it's still a great place. They also have a lovely outdoor seating area. It's a shame the air conditioning doesn't work very well, so you risk feeling like you're in a sauna at lunch. Service is fast, although when it's crowded, they often get orders wrong and end up with dishes from other tables. Regardless, I personally think it's the best! Worth a try! And definitely worth returning to.

Ne ho provati moltissimi ma questo è senza dubbio uno dei migliori sushi di Torino, mangiato sempre molto bene, ottima varietà di piatti e ottima possibilità di scelta. Locale pulito e pesce fresco. Si digerisce benissimo e la titolare è gentilissima. Provare per credere.

22/09/2025: The food is very good! It's nothing like the typical all-you-can-eat sushi restaurants. The dishes are quite expensive, but by ordering the mixed boat and the love menu, you can enjoy a variety of high-quality sushi, with fairly large portions and a reasonable price. The cold non-alcoholic drinks are also good (I had the pomegranate tea). The atmosphere is very quiet and respectful (we were there for lunch), but a bit cold and unwelcoming for my taste. The waitress was very formal and professional, and the bathroom was well-appointed and clean (you have to climb stairs because it's in the basement). The only downside: the tables are incredibly uncomfortable; you can't put anything on the edge because it immediately falls off due to the lateral curvature. This unusual design also leaves little room for plates.

19/02/2026: I've been going to eat at Hokkaido for years, everything is always wonderful 🤩, the staff is friendly and fast ⏩ and I never leave a grain of rice 🍚 so the food is excellent 😋😋😋 I can't wait to go and eat tomorrow 😋😋😋😋😋😋😋😂😂
