I went to this place on Saturday night, which I didn't know.
Classic setting in the sofa room, tables with white tablecloths, wooden sideboards as it seems the traditional Milanese should be.
Service with a girl who had lost her smile, zero empathy. And it was just 8 pm...
The menu has some hints of dishes for tourists, foreigners.
I had the ossobuco with risotto or vice versa: the risotto was canary-colored, al dente but without any flavor while the ossobuco, covered with gremolada (without lemon), was old, overcooked. However, the worst part was that liquid that had ended up in the risotto, a broth I think to revive the dead ossobuco. Embarrassing!
Another diner had the Milanese cutlet (elephant ear): a shoe sole is thicker. Terrible breading, not at all crunchy, even moist in some central points. Amateurish!
It's hard to leave anything on the plate even when the food is scarce but here it was offensive to present these dishes at the table

The waiters were very nice, so the wine served. Appetizers were good but both, the risotto and the cutlet pretty tasteless. I’ve been before and had a very different experience.
My husband got a piece of cooking paper in his appetizers and while the waiter apologized it would be customary for the owner at least to came to our table to say something but sadly he/she didn’t bother.

Da sempre frequento il Tagiura, hanno cambiato gestione e da inizio anno è arrivato un nuovo cuoco, che dire tutto ottimo, cucina Milanese ottima e piatti nuovi che mescolano la tradizione Lombarda con altre specialità Italiane. Il personale molto gentile ed attento, e nell’attesa degli amici il barman ci ha deliziato con degli ottimi cocktail. Mi sono sentita come sempre a casa
