On a rainy day, as soon as we arrived in Marina di Torre del Lago we had lunch at Tacabanda. Excellent mussels marinara, grilled fish and vegetables and mixed fried fish. The lady who welcomed us provided us with impeccable service and was truly delightful with us and our dog.

A restaurant that at first glance seems dated but with excellent cuisine. The owner of the place and all the other staff make you feel at home.

I had dinner with fried anchovies with vegetables, fish carbonara, baked vegetables, lemon sorbet, coffee. All good, but the anchovies are expensive at 22 euros per portion. They don't make pizza anymore due to lack of staff.

Excellent service, very friendly staff, delicious and plentiful food at a good price. I ate fish, soft and tasty. With sea view and entertaining music. I recommend it to everyone.

Good pizza, wide choice of fish dishes which are also good. On some evenings they have live music. Follow them on social media to stay updated. Honest prices

12/08/2024: Really nicely located in a small courtyard of Pietrasanta. Excellent value for money, service very fast. Wine selection and advice is also great.
06/08/2024: Da Giacomo is the place where we celebrate things. I've been living in Viareggio for a while now and Pietrasanta is a lovely place to go when I don't want to eat in Viareggio. Da Giacomo is a bit more expensive than eating on the street but it is great especially in the spring and summer months. Then you eat in the garden under the banana trees. The food is good and the atmosphere excellent.
