Tabula Rasa In Bari

I spent Sunday lunch with my family and had an experience that exceeded my expectations. Fresh raw seafood and expertly cooked food. The service was excellent, and the restaurant manager was impeccable. A restaurant like no other. Highly recommended.

None of us are exactly sure why we chose this restaurant, especially since many of us had planned on pizza, and the menu doesn't offer much. When we sat down, we noticed the prices were a bit more conservative than we'd expected. So, many of us changed our minds and ordered a lot of different things. Unfortunately, the service, while friendly, was incredibly slow. We arrived at 8:30 PM, asked to order around 8:45 PM, and finally ordered shortly after 9 PM. Unfortunately, the food didn't arrive until 10 PM, but I think there was some problem in the kitchen, because I could see everyone was very nervous, and these things happen. The worst part, however, is that we ordered appetizers and main courses, which should have arrived first, but instead, the cold appetizers arrived immediately, the hot ones after 45 minutes, the first and second courses arrived immediately after, and the pizzas a little later. So some people had eaten and finished everything, some had two dishes, and some still hadn't had anything. And in a respectable restaurant, at a large table, the cold appetizers should be parked and brought out with the hot ones, since they were per person, so everyone could eat together. And it's a real shame, because everything was delicious: the pasta was creamy, the fillet was delicious, the fried food was tasty and fresh. Everything was high-quality. In the end, around 11 pm, we still had two appetizers and a pizza to go, which we had to forgo. Then two extra fried foods appeared on the bill... In short, high-quality dishes, forgettable management, a real shame. We got desserts elsewhere; we didn't want to tempt our luck.

An excellent culinary island in the middle of a skyscraper district. Hard to find if you don't know, but exceptional raw seafood, excellent first courses, fresh fish and lobster, and a decent wine list. Put it on your agenda!

We went to this place recommended by a friend from Bari and had a great time! Excellent service, attentive customer service, and exceptional food! We'll definitely be back!

The fish dinner was excellent, the staff were professional, and despite some kitchen issues, they made a great recovery. I'll definitely be back.

We went to this restaurant for a birthday party and had an absolutely positive experience. The location is elegant, the food is excellent, and the waiters and owner are friendly and welcoming. We'll definitely be back soon.

I have to say, it's a real gem in Bari. Absolutely delicious seafood, excellent appetizers and first courses. The staff is welcoming and very knowledgeable. I also recommend the pizza. I always come back if I'm looking for a wonderful evening.

I gave this restaurant another chance because the first time they had a kitchen issue, so what I ordered didn't match what I received. However, I booked a table a few days ago. I showed up at the appointed time with friends, and the owner, hesitant and with another implausible excuse, informed me that the table wasn't available. I conclude by advising the owner of this establishment to invest in customer service, as it is an essential element and a strong point.
