Il pesce "protagonista" di questo bel ristorante, degno della migliore tradizione barese. Trionfo di crudi per iniziare, con tanti, tanti ricci. Poi uno scorfano eccellente che ha concluso una cena degnissima. Il conto: per la quantità e qualità è adeguato.

Bari Poggio Franco area, there is this fabulous restaurant, where you can request meat and fish dishes but also a pizzeria. To our great amazement we can say that we ate the best sea urchins we have eaten so far. in Italy, but also in France. Helpful staff and always very attentive to the dynamics of the entire dinner. Mimmo the owner, a friendly person, is always ready to propose the news of the day. I highly recommend him.

For Valentine's evening, I chose to have dinner in this very well-known and appreciated location in the area. The place set up for the occasion immediately communicated to me a romantic and light atmosphere, sophisticated but not pretentious. The menu presented a very refined selection, well elaborated and of the highest quality, both in terms of freshness and plating. From oysters to gin and tonic, to sea bass carpaccio, continuing with cod tortellaccio, finishing with monkfish with smoked potato. Great credit must be given to the owner and then to the waiter who served us in the dining room, for taking into account my allergies by adapting a couple of courses, which I personally appreciated very much. The bill was fair and proportionate, considering the great quality and attention given to us throughout the evening. I therefore consider Tabula Rasa a perfect location for evenings worth remembering.
