Beautiful, welcoming restaurant with a delightful owner. Phenomenal food, including fish and various appetizers, at a more than affordable price considering both the quantity of appetizers and their quality and variety. It should be noted that for a graduation, we had a full lunch with double-digit appetizers, two first courses, fish, wine, and as much as you want as you can get. Vegetarian/vegan dishes and meat dishes are available, but the best are the fish, caciocavallo, and buffalo ricotta (heavenly), as well as all the appetizers and wines. There's also an outdoor area available in case it's hot or for a breath of fresh air. A pleasant discovery. Recommended for those looking for quality food, speedy service (another great feature), generous portions, and a friendly atmosphere. They also welcome small children and offer easy access. I give it a 4 for the atmosphere only because the internal veranda for 20-30 people can get a little warmer if the ambient temperature is too high, so it depends on personal tolerance.

We went to Tabula Rasa for dinner. The service was friendly and helpful, and the staff was attentive without being intrusive. I ordered the pasta all'assassina, which I found tasty and well-seasoned, with the perfect crust typical of the dish. Another person at the table, however, thought it was too tough, so it was probably a matter of personal preference or overcooking. We didn't try the fish dishes, which seem to be a significant part of the menu, so we can't comment on that. The only negative aspect was the presence of two customers at the next table who were using IQOS inside the restaurant, without any staff intervention. The smell detracted somewhat from the dining experience, and greater control over these types of situations would be welcome. Overall, a decent experience, with courteous service and interesting dishes, but some ambiance-related aspects could be improved.

Simply an unforgettable evening. I haven't had such attentive service in a long time. Whether it was the water for the dog (ours really doesn't need it...😁) or the fact that the squid on the raw fish platter wasn't our favorite...we quickly took it and put it on the grill, and it was amazing. The food, no matter what we had, was absolutely perfect. I can only recommend it to anyone who loves fish. We'll definitely be back sometime.

Excellent pizza tour, left to the pizza chef's imagination. I also had dinner. You can taste the chef's touch that makes everything very good. If parking were easier, I'd go back more often. The owner is friendly and very accommodating. The place is tastefully decorated.

Our Sunday family lunch was nothing short of perfect. Every dish was a masterpiece of flavor and freshness. We began with a series of exceptional appetizers: a platter of raw ham and sea urchins, a delicate tuna tartare, crispy piada with salmon tartare, delicious crispy tempura shrimp, and excellent battered cod. But the real triumph was the first course: the exquisite paccheri with scorpion fish. The sauce was so flavorful that mopping up the sauce was a must! For our second course, we shared a mixed fried mullet, calamari, and shrimp, which confirmed the high quality of the cuisine: golden and not greasy, a true delight for the palate. The service was impeccable; Mimmo, the owner, was attentive and friendly, making the atmosphere even more pleasant. A culinary experience we highly recommend to anyone seeking authenticity, freshness, and a welcoming atmosphere. We will definitely be back to try other specialties!

Siam venuti con la mia amica Isabella qui, ed è stato amore. Con il ristorante, non con Isabella. 😆 Tabula Rasa è un ristorante che prende il mare sul serio. Qui il crudo è trattato con rispetto quasi religioso. La frittura è tecnica. La pasta è pensata, non solo condita. Nessuna voglia di stupire a tutti i costi, ma l’intenzione chiara di far godere chi mangia, con una cucina che è identità, ma anche viaggio. Indovino il perché del nome. Forse una dichiarazione d’intenti: si entra senza preconcetti, si mangia per ricominciare da zero, ma col mare addosso. Crudi di mare – La selezione cruda è sontuosa e viva. Ostriche carnose, polpose, con quel brivido salmastro che ti prende il fondo della lingua. Le cozze sorprendono: fresche, lucide, sode. Una prova di qualità che racconta la filiera, il rispetto e la mano esperta. Nessun fronzolo, solo ghiaccio e un limone a lato. Giusto così. Polpo in insalata – Essenziale e sincero, tenero ma con mordente, servito con un taglio vivo di carote, sedano e prezzemolo fresco. Olio extravergine misurato e profumato. Crocchette con mousse di baccalà – Croccantezza da bistrot Piccole sfere dorate, fritte con mano ferma, niente unto, panatura sottile ma croccante. Commuovono. Gamberi in kataifi – Lussuria asiatica alla barese, sono ponte tra Bari Vecchia e Istanbul. Frittura secca, precisa. Un’ingegneria della goduria. Paccheri con scampi – Tradizione che si veste d’abito scuro. Impiattamento scenografico, da ristorante che sa il fatto suo. Il pacchero è al dente, ruvido, trattiene il sugo con dignità. Gli scampi, belli in vista, danno il tono e il profumo. Il fondo è un concentrato di mare, pomodorini appena passati. Perfetto il pane per fare la scarpetta. Ma avrei usato il dito. In sintesi?

Tabula Rasa è uno di quei posti che ti colpiscono fin dal primo momento: atmosfera elegante, staff gentile e preparato, piatti curati e pensati nel dettaglio. A Bari i ristoranti veramente validi si contano, e questo è senza dubbio tra i migliori. Abbiamo provato diversi piatti a base di pesce e siamo rimasti colpiti dalla freschezza del crudo di mare: davvero eccezionale. Gli antipasti sono abbondanti, originali e mai banali. A sorpresa, anche la pizza al capocollo è stata una vera rivelazione: impasto leggero, ingredienti di altissima qualità. Per concludere, dolci raffinati e ben presentati. Location moderna, atmosfera rilassata ma con un tocco chic. Il servizio è stato attento e puntuale, senza mai risultare invadente. Consigliatissimo a chi cerca una cucina di mare d’eccellenza in un contesto ricercato. Ci torneremo sicuramente.
