Discovered "by chance", it quickly ranks among the restaurants "to try and return to". Excellent service, present and courteous as in the best Piedmontese tradition. Menu not excessively broad, but with really interesting proposals, obviously mainly focused on truffles. The truffle tasting appetizer and the truffle tajarin were excellent. The dishes without truffles are also good: the veal with tuna sauce, the agnolotti with meat sauce and the braised meat. The wine list is good with many regional proposals (and it couldn't be otherwise). Great experience, we will definitely be back!

If you love truffles, Tabui is the right place for you. Here it returns to being the absolute protagonist, without compromises: excellent raw materials, local wines and an elegant but without excess atmosphere. A true homage to tradition, without too many superstructures. What did I feel? -Trio of appetizers: Fassona tartare with white truffle Flan with fondue and black truffle Poached egg with parmentier and white truffle (crazy! The egg was the real gem, but all the starters were of incredible quality). -Tajarin with butter with grated marinated egg yolk and white truffle – Perhaps the best truffle dish I have ever eaten. Perfect in its simplicity. -Filet with black truffle and sautéed spinach – Excellent meat, but the spinach had a slightly bitter aftertaste that slightly covered the truffle. -Finishing beautifully with cream ice cream, truffle honey and white truffle – A sweet-savory mix to try at least once in your life. The tasting menu with a mix of truffles was a journey through authentic flavors and top raw materials!
