I visited here because I really wanted to try fresh truffles in Turin. They're a bit pricey, but since they're ingredients you can't find in Korea, it's worth the money. The staff all speak English, and the tajarin and white truffle ice cream are a must-try. The wine sommelier recommended Barolo Riserva wine, and I was impressed by their meticulous handling. If there's a Korean visiting Turin, I highly recommend this place...^^ If you go in the winter, be sure to add a generous amount of truffles!

The atmosphere is minimal, a bit cold. The waiters choose for you. The food is carefully prepared, but a bit heavy to digest. The tartar was frozen, perhaps the meat was in the freezer?
The price is medium-high, and considering they use the less valuable pieces of truffle, the cost seems excessive.

A simple and elegant restaurant.
Extensive menu.
We limited ourselves to a Jerusalem artichoke flan appetizer,
two first courses: agnolotti with butter and sage, and tajerin with rabbit sauce, black truffle, and coffee.
The truffle flavor was very bland.
The service was kind, friendly, but inattentive: after the appetizer, we waited 20 minutes for our first courses, which had already been ordered.
The bill was €65.
The plates weren't even cleared before the coffee was served.

Excellent restaurant. We had agnolotti with truffles and tajarin with truffles and rabbit, both very good. Then there was the fillet steak with truffles and spinach, which was also very good. The atmosphere was relaxing, very attentive, and welcoming.

The staff was friendly, and overall everything was good. It's a shame we only tasted the truffle flavor on the Fassona steak, which was covered by the rabbit flavor. Their Grignolino was excellent! I'd focus on the quality of the truffle, not the quantity.
