We arrived and were immediately greeted kindly. Inquired about the homemade pasta and fixed price menu. Even our 2 year old found a place in his car seat. Recommended

The server was very friendly. I had the rib-eye steak, which was very tasty and visually appealing. The only thing that bothered me slightly was that the meat was still raw in one spot. However, it was only a small bite, so it's not worth mentioning. I highly recommend the restaurant. I'll be happy to return in the future.

Not great ok If you can't find anywhere else over priced

I visited Tablinum in Desenzano twice. Both times, the fish tasted good, but the portion sizes were extremely different: one time it was way too much, the other way too little. The service itself was attentive, but completely overwhelmed – which was unfortunately also due to the fact that the chef preferred to attract customers outside rather than help his waiter. Only when new guests arrived did he help out – until then, tables were left uncleaned and the service could barely keep up. It's a shame, because the food and location were actually promising. However, I won't be coming back because of the chef's arrogant and unsupportive manner.

Everything perfect, very kind and friendly staff, modern and very welcoming place, fair price for Desenzano centre

Blah blah; my husband ate pretty well but neither I nor my daughter were happy with our plate. Polite but taciturn welcome.

I still give 5 stars because it's not right to give a bad rating to an activity... just a piece of advice.. improve a little in everything.. to be better... cleanliness of the plates and glasses.. some spotlights that make the interior environment nice.. and not that cold light chandelier that clashes with the interior decor... and then if it's cold, turn on the heating a little.. eating with a jacket is never the best...
