Once a magical place with prompt service and an excellent selection of pastries, today the service is mediocre and the selection is limited and not as excellent as it once was. I've been going to this pastry shop for 35 years, and I speak with full knowledge of the facts.

Summer vacation at this hotel. It's a well-maintained, classic structure, clean, and tidy. The restaurant is good, and the restaurant manager is excellent. Perhaps the restaurant staff are a bit too chaotic. We had a great time, except for the room service and reception, which could be improved. Some noise from the busy road.

A very welcoming establishment, extremely kind and courteous staff, very good food, and meticulously prepared cuisine. Unfortunately, the somewhat ambiguous restaurant manager, who was so ambiguous on our last day, decided to take our table away before breakfast without any warning. We were left wandering around the room under his amused gaze. We reported this to the very kind and helpful reception manager, who assured us she would inform management. We will definitely return to this establishment.

Our first experience at this hotel. Our superior room was very spacious, well-appointed, quiet, and had a balcony with a splendid view. The only thing we found uncomfortable was the bathtub, but otherwise we had a great stay. The mattress was great, even for those with back problems. The menus were excellent, always varied, with a large, high-quality buffet for all tastes and diets. The service staff was always helpful and extremely kind. A special thank you goes to Cinzia at the front desk. Highly recommended!

Staff wasn’t the most welcoming or friendly, but the service was fast. Prices were high (4.5€ for a peach ice tea and coca cola and 9.50€ for an average sized banana split)

Following a mix-up with a reservation at another property, everyone at this hotel went out of their way to provide me, my family, and our longtime friends with the utmost support and hospitality. The entire staff demonstrated unparalleled competence and professionalism. The positive review is absolutely deserved and worthy of mention! As for the rest...what can I say? Excellent location, spacious and spotlessly clean rooms, a breakfast filled with quality products, and a superb dinner!!! Well done everyone, truly!!!
