Welcoming place, fast service and really good food.

The atmosphere was simple but warm and intimate, it felt like I was eating at home.

Kind staff, fair prices, and top quality. I’ll definitely be back.

We stopped at this Persian spot for a change from Pasta and pizza and it was the best decision of the day the food was so gooood there and the authentic decorations inside take you to iran . Also if you’re a fan of history I recommend that you read the history pages on their menu its a great + ( one recommendation is to maybe add a sauce to the rice)

Among all 5 Persian restaurants that are in Rome, I can tell Taberna is the best one. Taste wise, atmosphere, quality and the portions. Staffs’ behavior are friendly. We ordered a mixed appetizer but we didn’t have all the options according to the menu. We asked the staff and couple of minutes after she brought us missing options.

I felt like I was in Iran. The aromas, the flavors, and the genuine hospitality.

Non avevo mai mangiato persiano, per cui non ho termini di paragone, ma devo dire che mi è piaciuto moltissimo uno degli stufati (purtroppo non ricordo il nome), una carne tenerissima e un sapore particolare, ma molto delicato: buonissimo! Ben fatta pure la carne grigliata e buono il riso con zafferano di accompagnamento. Menzione speciale per la bevanda con l’acqua di rose e lo zucchero, gradevolissima durante il pasto. Il locale è spartano, anche un po’ démodé forse, ma sembra autentico e questo mi è piaciuto molto. Infine, il personale, sia la ragazza, sia l’uomo che sembrava il gestore, super gentili. Prezzi modici e, tutto sommato, facilità di parcheggio all’esterno

C'ero già stata due volte e ci tornerò ancora... Cibo squisito, pulizia, cortesia. Un'atmosfera accogliente. Personale fantastico.
