I tried the Piedmontese set menu.
Excellent quality, but a shame that a request for a small change wasn't granted. We need to be more flexible when working with the public.

Superlative agnolotti and gnocchi, mind-blowing pepper tartare, delicate caramelized onions, rabbit, and cheeses paired beautifully with fig, pear, and pumpkin jams; tender rabbit with chestnuts and pumpkin; and the desserts!!! Wonderful, paired with recommended and perfectly matched wines.

Thank you for the wonderful meal. Everything was perfect! From the Piedmontese discovery menu, to the cheese platter, and finally the magnificent tiramisu drowned in coffee. Simple cuisine, but very high quality. The very efficient waitress, pleasant and smiling, recommended a glass of Piedmontese red wine, just perfect and of high quality for wine by the glass. I really enjoyed it. You can be proud of your team....

An excellent dining experience in the center of Turin. We ate a lot and drank very well. The service was excellent despite staying late, and the atmosphere was very welcoming. There are many signature dishes, but the ones that stood out to me were the tajarin with porcini mushrooms and the Fassona beef tartare. Highly recommended. Prices are a little high, but we ordered a lot.

We came here for lunch, and honestly, we got lucky — another restaurant had turned us away because they were fully booked, and in hindsight, that was the best thing that could’ve happened! We had the duck, the pulpo, and homemade pasta with porcini, and every single dish was outstanding. The flavors were rich, perfectly balanced, and beautifully presented. The service was also top-notch: friendly, attentive, and professional without being overbearing. We left completely impressed and would definitely come back if we’re ever in Torino again. Highly recommended!
