We recently had the pleasure of dining at Taberna Libraria restaurant and I must say we were delighted. This charming establishment with traditional Piedmont cuisine excels in the art of gastronomy, but it was their truffle pasta and octopus salad that particularly enchanted me.

Lovely place, friendly staff who can speak English. Efficient service. Long wine list with good price/quality. The seabass and octopus were great and so was the cheese selection. Only downside is that it is too bright indoor for the atmosphere.

Located in the center, it is best to go there on foot or by taxi because it is not easy to park in the area.
Informal environment with slightly small tables, but with excellent service, prompt and courteous.
Varied menu of both fish and Piedmontese cuisine.
We opted for
Nettle pudding in onion soup, beetroot potato gnocchi with castelmagno cream, agnolotti with roast sauce, lamb rump with grilled vegetables, Fassona fillet in speck with asparagus, chocolate cake with a warm center of gianduja and orange foam in crunchy pastry...
excellent quality raw materials, well cooked and well presented.
Cuisine above all expectations and without any defects.

Passing by chance in the central area, as a couple we have lunch in this place with a lot of space dedicated to bottles of wine.
Young, quick and courteous service always available.
Traditional dishes but also innovative and refined proposals, in any case with good flavor and presentation.
Average prices and if the weather is good there is also a pleasant outdoor terrace.
