A very beautiful and welcoming restaurant. Located in the heart of Sapri, It always amazes with the quality of its seafood dishes. A wide selection of appetizers, ranging from seafood to mountain specialties, reflects the Cilento tradition. A particularly positive note is the wine list. Nothing is banal, and Luigi (the owner) manages to amaze with his personal selection. Congratulations

We didn't make a reservation, but it's recommended to do so on a Sunday lunch. It's a lovely restaurant with a second dining room. The service was excellent. The food was exceptionally well-prepared; we enjoyed the pulpo and then the swordfish a la Sicilian. A great place.

The ingredients used aren't bad, but they're cooked rather mediocrely. An average Neapolitan mother or grandmother could certainly do better, given her culinary ignorance and home cooking. It's a shame, because I think the place has great potential. I hope the owners will soon realize they need a chef worthy of a seaside resort like Sapri, along with a more professional and presentable staff. Given the food we ate, the requested courses, and considering we didn't order wine, the maximum price per person should have been €25. Instead, we ended up paying close to €50 for an appetizer (a single course with a sampling of four dishes) and a first course (if we'd each ordered a first course, it wouldn't have changed). The 3 stars are for the patience shown in accommodating us at an inconvenient time and for the quality of the food served, which wasn't the best, but not subpar either.
