Tabarel In Marebbe

Recommended for the quality of the food, less so for the service, the lack of dishes on the menu and the simultaneous price of each dish. For example, don't justify jumping to €30 for a salmon steak with vegetables. We are not from Klugmann to Argine in Vencò.

The Tabarel restaurant in San Vigilio di Marebbe was great. The pumpkin Hokkaido soup was delicious, creamy and well seasoned. The rib-eye steak was perfectly prepared, juicy and tasty. Potatoes with fermented vegetables, a local Ladin specialty, were interesting and great. I recommend!

At first we hesitated because we read some negative reviews... but after trying it this evening I wonder what they complained about... Family atmosphere, it's not big but it's very comfortable, you feel at home, friendly, attentive and super efficient staff. We tried the Tartar, very good as was the barley and bean soup and the skewer to finish. Generous portions and prices in line with the area. We will definitely be back.

We had lovely dinner at the wine bar downstairs, definitely recomend the fois gra( homemaid) and the fondue. Excelent choice of wine, loved it

Beautiful discovery! Very nice and typical restaurant, excellent service. They offer both typical and more particular dishes, after a welcome entrée we tried the Trentino desserts and two desserts, all excellent. At the end they also brought us some biscuits with coffee which is always much appreciated. Optimal!

Cozy place, tasty dishes and friendly staff

Veniamo accomandati all’aperto in un ottima posizione, nella piazza del paese. A prendere le ordinazioni aspettiamo un po’ troppo, ma alla fine i piatti arrivano in fretta. Ci viene servito l’antipasto senza portarci prima bibite e piatti, che ha reso la consumazione un po’ scomoda. Premetto che scrivo a malincuore certe cose perché il locale è veramente carino ed il servizio molto disponibile e simpatico, però ci sono stati alcune errori nei piatti che mi sono rimasti un po’ “qua”. Intanto il bollito: mi viene portato un bollito dove però c’era anche un würstel e un po’ troppa acqua, avrei gradito un bollito più asciutto e con tagli di carne tradizionali. I tagliolini ai funghi non erano male però avrei messo un mestolino di acqua di cottura in più prima di impiattare. La tagliata era buona. Lo strudel: non ci stavano i pinoli e la frolla era un po’ spugnosa, ma nel complesso era buono. La frittella di mele aveva la panatura un po’ staccata, però era accompagnata da un bon gelato. Spero veramente che certi piccoli errori possano essere migliorati perché è veramente un ristorante con ottimo potenziale. P.S. Nella foto del bollito avevo già consumato qualche cosa del piatto.

Il ristorante si trova nel centro di San vigilio. Posto carino e accogliente, personale cortese, prodotti tipici e buoni.
