Had an aperitif with my wife. They don't know how to make aperitifs. It's a shame because the view is very beautiful. We had a spritz and a non-alcoholic drink, both rated 1, then a crodino that didn't taste like crodino and a virgin mohito made twice. First without sugar, second with a little sugar and lemon. Not lime. Rating 0. So if you don't have the raw material or don't know how to make cocktails, well it's better to avoid it. On the other hand, it cost 33 euros. I totally don't recommend it

Wonderful place overlooking Siena, we had a simple aperitif and they brought us a small taste to taste very welcome, normal price, aperitifs with cutting board are also available at the price of €20 Kind and welcoming staff

An aperitif with a beautiful view, we didn't eat anything but just a simple aperitif. The girl who served us was very kind, which is above all why I give 5 stars as well as the environment. While on the drinks I have nothing relevant to add.

11/04/2025: Se siete in cerca di un gin di qualità, questo locale è il posto giusto! Situato nella piazza centrale del paese, si distingue per l’atmosfera accogliente e il gin artigianale Illegale e davvero eccellente. Perfetto per un aperitivo in un ambiente raffinato, con un servizio sempre attento e cordiale. Se passate da queste parti, non potete perdervelo! Ottimi e copiosi anche gli appetizers.

Particolare di Siena

17/03/2025: ¡Qué comida más bonita! Muchos restaurantes en Siena están cerrados un domingo por la noche, así que tuvimos la gran suerte de encontrar Particolare di Siena. Es un hermoso restaurante pequeño con un ambiente sofisticado, pero acogedor. Mattia es el dueño amable y amable. Él es extremadamente conocedor de la comida y el vino y habla muy buen inglés. Elegimos el menú degustación de cinco platos y encontramos que era una relación calidad-precio increíble por 70 euros, especialmente acompañado de un maridaje de vinos encantador por 35 euros. Después de un trío de sabrosos bouches divertidos, comenzamos con un sublime aperitivo de gambas rojas crudas y confit de tomate acentuado con albahaca sobre una base de stracciatelli increíblemente dulce. Nuestro siguiente aperitivo fue atún muy bien preparado y extremadamente fresco sobre una exquisita base de caponata. Por si fuera poco, recibimos un tercer entrante de sepia tierna que también fue magnífico. Nuestra prima piatta era pasta casera cortada en formas irregulares en una sopa con pequeños trozos de langostino dulces y suculentos. Nuestro secondi piatti llegó a continuación - junto con una copa de Peppoli Chianti Classico 2023 . El pescado era un filete dulce y tierno de lubina muy fresca del Mediterráneo, servido con verduras ligeramente amargas que también eran deliciosas. Terminamos con nuestro dolce - una versión exquisita de tiramisú que se preparó en la ronda a diferencia de cualquier versión que había visto antes. Conocimos a la chef Francesca, que es la madre de Mattia. Aunque Francesca habla poco inglés, pudimos comunicar a través de Mattia lo agradecidos que estábamos por una comida tan hermosa en nuestra primera noche en Siena. Particolare di Siena es un hallazgo genuino. Para mí, era un precio razonable por la calidad de la comida, el vino, el ambiente y el excelente servicio. Aunque puede ser un corto viaje en taxi lejos de donde se aloja, no se decepcionará si se toma el tiempo para buscar este encantador restaurante.
