I went in without high expectations, but I thoroughly enjoyed the experience. The meat was well-prepared, juicy, and perfectly cooked, and the portions were generous and very filling. I really enjoyed the excellent pairings on the menu, everything designed to ensure the flavors blend well together. The service was good; the waiter was attentive without being intrusive and patiently explained various options. The atmosphere is comfortable and pleasant, perfect for going with friends or simply relaxing. Plus, the prices seemed quite reasonable for what they offered.

The restaurant is well organized, the appetizers are good quality and plentiful (even the smaller portions). The review would have been positive and above all average but the main course disappointed us. The sirloin not much flavor while the wrap was neither infamy nor praise. We will definitely return for the appetizers but we will try the hamburgers....

Locale carino ed accogliente con buon servizio al tavolo, personale gentile ed efficiente. Menù ampio con possibilità di hamburger, anche il modaiolo smash, ma anche altro per i carnivori ma senza panino ..il panino è servito senza patatine che vanno ordinate a parte Il posizionamento è un po' alto nonostante La qualità del cibo sia buono ... Per cambiare va bene qualità media/buono costi leggermente eccessivi .

Bisteccheria con location da pub, tutto molto curato, ho preso un hamburger servito in una padella,tutto molto scenografico ma anche molto buono. Servizio impeccabile, conto forse un po' caro

17/07/2025: I wanted to highlight (on a positive note) the friendliness, professionalism, and helpfulness of one girl in particular. The girl in question is not Italian. Always friendly, always with a smile and the kindness that distinguishes her. She makes typical fast food into a friendly and almost family-like atmosphere. The food and atmosphere are typical of American fast food. But the service is excellent. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

23/07/2025: As is the case everywhere, there were many employees of different nationalities here. It was difficult to communicate. Since we ordered from the phone, it wasn't a big deal. The dining area was quite small. The food was delicious.
14/07/2025: Here's a review for Koreans~ ------------------------------------ (Written based on my experience on July 13, 2025) I was very worried after reading the old reviews. But I went there because this was the only place I could go at 8pm. Racism against Asians? No! There was none! Sour and bad food? No! So far, I'm fine! Late food delivery after ordering? No! No, it came out quickly in 4 minutes! Unfriendly staff? No! They never lost their smiles even though they were busy. Everything was resolved. The food tastes like KFC and the service is the best. By the way, if you ask the staff for the Wi-Fi password, they'll connect it for you. Enjoy!
