For our first time in Montecatini Terme, we visited this downtown venue, famous for its cocktails and aperitifs, but also serving lunch and dinner. Quality reigns supreme on the menu. Everything is delicious and refined, with generous portions. The sea bass tartare with gin-infused melon mousse is truly incredible. An explosion of flavor and freshness in the mouth. Pictured are tagliolini with butter, Cantabrian anchovies, and burrata with 'nduja. We'll definitely be back to explore the rest of the menu!

29/04/2026: On the outskirts of Pistoia, near the stadium, I dined at this pizzeria. The menu was very well-designed, and the pizza and appetizers were delicious. The atmosphere was warm, with a slightly 1980s feel to them. The service was a bit off. Unfortunately, due to some kitchen errors, I waited over an hour for my pizza. The staff's apologies and a discount at the end made up for the evening. Anyway, I think I'll be back.

10/04/2026: Spectacular Easter lunch, and even for me, a celiac, the attention was incredible. The cuisine was tasty yet delicate, a truly difficult mix to achieve. Try it and believe it! From one to ten? TWENTY!!! Highly recommended, especially for the excellent quality/price ratio.
