Good sliced beef and sea food (mixed grill of fish and grilled calamari and shrimps), tiramisù didn't feel like home made but seada was delicious. Also the house wine was quite good. I'm giving 4 stars just because portions are small but that's actually average for Sardinia.

We have visited this place twice.
I leave 3 stars to give an average, because the second dinner deserves 1 star.
The first evening went well; we tasted the fish first courses which, although not brilliant for the quality of the raw materials, were artfully prepared and were very tasty.
The second evening was a terrible experience.
We had 2 mussel soups that were among the most tasteless I have ever tried in my life, and a grilled fish that was equally tasteless and poor in content.
No dessert because to prepare a seadas they asked us to wait 20 minutes (no alternative was offered nor did they seem sorry for the absurd wait, perhaps offering us 1 coffee or 1 amaro).
The place is nice but lacks a lot in raw materials and organization, given the not cheap prices they should make an extra effort.

We showed up without a reservation and the staff still accommodated us by seating us. The pizza and seadas are quite good, but the Sardinian platter with rather anonymous cured meats and two pieces of cheese is very disappointing. The Sardinian starter needs to be improved to make the most of local raw materials.
Negative note for the professionalism of the staff. Being pregnant, I asked if the cheese in the appetizer was made with pasteurized or raw milk and they couldn't answer me, as if I had asked for who knows what absurd information. I believe it is essential for the staff (and especially for the kitchen) to know what they are serving to avoid unpleasant inconveniences. In these cases I'm sorry but ignorance or naivety is not allowed. In the end, when in doubt, I didn't even taste the cheeses.
Prices rather high but in line with local proposals.

Excellent experience.
Delicious food, fresh and light despite the dishes being really abundant.
The service is also excellent, both the owner and the employees are professional, welcoming, kind and helpful.
The environment is very nice, especially the beautiful illuminated garden.
Finally, excellent quality/price ratio.

Esperienza in ristorante: Location ampia e arredata finemente. Il pezzo forte della location é il grande giardino zen. Nel menù vasta scelta di primi, secondi e contorni ma anche di pizze, bevande sia alcoliche che analcoliche e dolci. Il tempo di attesa varia in base alle pietanze ordinate ma generalmente é abbastanza breve. Tutti i membri del personale sono gentili, educati e vanno incontro al cliente. La pizza appena preparata é davvero molto buona ma in generale tutte le pietanze sono preparate a regola d’arte e impiantate altrettanto. Che dire il Symposium come ristorante é una garanzia, attribuisco 5 punti su 5.
Esperienza d’asporto: Dov’é finita la maestria e la qualità che ho descritto qualche riga più sopra?? Ordiniamo delle pizze d’asporto e una volta ritirate vediamo che sotto è nei bordi sono completamente bruciate e addirittura una pizza che sarebbe dovuta essere bianca napoletana l’abbiamo trovata bianca senz’alcun condimento sopra. Siamo rimasti abbastanza delusi, attribuisco 2 punti su 5

Ottima cena a base di pesce. Qualità dei piatti eccellente. Prezzo adeguato. Servizio ottimo. I tagliolini neri ai gamberi e stracciatella erano ottimi, così come i ravioli di pesce. Molto buoni anche gli antipasti (in particolare la tartare di tonno e la zuppetta di cozze). Ritorneremo sicuramente.
