26/08/2025: Very nice service! She recommended the café freddo with a little bit of granita which was just perfect. Seemed like a tourist trap (because of the location right in front of the dome) but honestly 10/10

21/08/2025: Huge shout out to the waitress working this morning. She was INCREDIBLE. Honestly some of the best service we’ve experienced in all of Europe. She speaks four languages (!!), was passionate and enthusiastic about her work, and she also went significantly above and beyond for us. Our daughter accidentally broke a plate during our meal. We were greatly embarrassed and felt horrible, but straight away when it happened she came across from the other side of the restaurant to assure us that it’s okay and she also worked hard to make our daughter feel okay after the accident. That’s not just being good at her job, that’s being an incredible person. We also noticed that she did a great job at bringing new customers in and making them feel welcome. It’s little wonder that this cafe was so much busier than the others nearby. The coffee was excellent, and the food was nice too.
