We went for lunch, choosing the €11.99 menu with a choice of four courses. Everything was very good. I found the four-course option very convenient, because with an all-you-can-eat option, you'll be more than filling, whereas with the four-course menu, you leave without that feeling of being extremely full. I think they're the only ones in Cagliari offering this option. Anyway, we had a great time, and we'll be back because we want to try other things. My only suggestion is to find a solution for the floor: either a neutral or a suitable cleaner.

AYCE or à la carte. For lunch, a business lunch deal with 4 dishes at a fixed price. Good quality. Fast service. Always friendly.

Small but very welcoming place, the food was excellent. I went for lunch and ordered the four-course combo. Everything was really good. The noodles were plentiful (especially the rice ones). The soba noodles weren't in great quantity, but they were really good. I ordered the plain ones with vegetables, which were truly excellent. The tempura shrimp and vegetable rolls were also excellent. I'll definitely be back!!!

In terms of quality, this is one of the best AYCE restaurants in Cagliari. Large portions, but still good quality!

30/05/2025: Just left the place after a 50th... everything was very good, they served us platters of cold cuts and cheeses, since it was so abundant we even left some, along with the platter there were fried culutgionis and truly exquisite eggplant meatballs, then they made a round of spaghetti with sea urchins, mouth-watering in a baking dish, it was for 4 but we ate for 5 with seconds. Afterwards there was the mixed grill with French fries... Everything was very good, clean place and very friendly staff. Congratulations, I can't wait to go back
04/05/2025: We went for lunch on May 1st, the day of Sant'Efisio. There were 4 of us and we took the fixed menu at 25 euros which included a first course, a second course and a side dish (specifically two seafood fregule, two artichoke and bottarga ravioli, a sliced ​​meat and 3 mixed fried foods plus chips) all very good and plentiful. 07/09/2025: We had an amazing time here at ChiaroScuro, usually I’m not a fan of Sardinian cousin but I have to say for the way everything was it made me definitely reconsider! Everything was superb, we trued around 9 different dishes, each bringing a different perspective to the traditional Sardinian food I was used to. Most of the dishes bring a touch of our natural flora, reminding of the smells of Sardinia countryside and macchia Mediterranea. My top recommendation would be spaghetto alla bottarga, very delicate and creamy, and the maialetto in oliocottura, which combine crunchiness and tenderness spectacularly. Regarding desert we only tried the Macchia which combined very nice aromas from one of the most iconic Sardinian plants. Overall 100% recommended and really a hidden gem in this town.
