I never write reviews, in fact I think this will probably be my 7th out of 8 overall... so I'm writing for those who haven't been here yet.
Let's start by saying that the place is very clean (including the bathrooms, at 10:45 PM). Then I appreciated that it's one of the very few Chinese owners with Italian employees as well. I don't dwell too much on the food. I ATE WELL, GOOD SUSHI!!!! What surprised me was the friendly atmosphere I found, a perfect mix between employees and owners... extra praise goes to Castellammare (the waitress) and Mamma LUISA, the perfect hostess!!!! IN SHORT, WELL DONE, EVERYONE 👍🏼🥇🏆

A very nice restaurant run by a very professional and friendly family. The food is very good and always made fresh. The house wine is also very drinkable. The outdoor location is tastefully adapted to the outskirts of the city, without overlooking the surrounding buildings.
After trying all the all-you-can-eat restaurants in Florence, this is one of the few good and well-priced places where you can eat in complete tranquility and comfort. Lunch is limited compared to dinner, but there's also a ten-euro difference per person on the all-you-can-eat menu.

I often eat at Susu because it's close to where I work @Firenze Nova Business Center. The quality of the food is excellent, and you can order not only sushi but also many Chinese dishes. The restaurant has a very refined atmosphere, and the staff is very kind and professional. Both the table service and takeout are excellent, the wait times are not long, and the prices are great. I recommend it for business lunches and for families.

Located in the Novoli area, the food is good and they have both paper and digital menus (from what I understand) it is a comfortable and convenient place not too elegant but still nice, the only flaw that unfortunately I have to say is that it does not have many variations of food, or at least rolls (which were what I was interested in) but still everything is really good, a little expensive in itself, and the sashimi and tartar 1 euro more (at least for lunch) but still it is a nice place

The service was excellent and the staff were very friendly. However, there were some drawbacks; the selection of dishes might be limited, and the dishes lacked their own unique characteristics.
