Premesso che siamo stati di sabato, il locale è molto accogliente e ben organizzato.
Vista la confusione, il servizio nonostante la gentilezza e simpatia è stato troppo lento, quasi mezz’ora tra una portata e l’altra.
Come antipasti abbiamo preso delle frittatine; frittura buona e ripieno di ottimo gusto.
Come pizza abbiamo voluto provare la pizza fiocco e secondo me qua c’è stata un po’ di delusione, mi spiego meglio: l’impasto della pizza è il suo punto di forza, leggero, croccante; veramente fatto a regola d’arte, ma il condimento era insapore, soprattutto perché si sentiva solo e unicamente patata e panna, invece il sapore del pepe, del prosciutto e del fior di latte erano completamente assenti.
Il conto è giusto e nella media.

Very warm and welcoming place, really kind waiters and service, immediately ready to bring cutlery and ordered dishes.
The staple pizza is really good, I recommend it, in the photo I put the amber pizza, also very good with an excellent contrast between sweet and savory with a hint of wine.
Truly exceptional pizza dough.
Prices higher than normal, but on the other hand you pay for quality.

Siamo arrivati veramente molto incuriositi grazie alla tanta pubblicità del locale e soprattutto della pizza. E devo dire che l'esperienza e andata oltre a quello che ci aspettavamo. Antipasti e friggitoria veramente al top, impasto della pizza scioglievole e molto leggero. Prezzo sopra la media ma viene giustificato dalla qualità dei prodotti e dei piatti che arrivano al tavolo. Complimenti!

Unique experience! Only positive points:
-The warm welcome, a beautiful location, the impeccable, kind and professional staff.
- The pizza was something special where you can see the quality of the ingredients, the refined raw material and the right balance. We were really impressed by the dough which was disconcertingly light. It digests so quickly that when we left the restaurant we felt full and light at the same time.
-A very important note that made me appreciate this pizzeria even more was the high consideration they have for intolerances. For a person like me, for example, who has to eat lactose-free, it was a joy to discover that there is an entire menu available (even for desserts!!)

Heard a lot about Sustable and it lived up to its reputation and more
Service by Naomi and staff was exceptional. A lovely personality who helped us choose the local signature dishes which were incredible. Even the owner came out in his chef clothes to greet and take photos with us which was a lovely touch.
Incredible dining experience one that my son and I will remember forever. Be aware location is in an unassuming suburb 20mins or so out of the centre and nothing much else around.

I found myself in this pizzeria by chance, the place is quiet, we ordered a pizza, an omelette and a portion of chips, a water, a Coca-Cola and the semifreddo, bill €43.50. Good pizza and omelette, the chips are nothing special, in my opinion the prices are a little high, the staff isn't the best, super fast service, I felt a little anxious.

Sustable makes you have a Divine culinary experience....the dishes are all excellent from fried foods to desserts, the pizzas are delicious and specifically the Fiocco is phenomenal, the best pizza I've ever eaten in my life. The friendly and knowledgeable dining room staff and the owner, what can I say, is The Master!
