Review by two gluten-intolerant ladies: we ordered Pullastiello-style eggplant, a Nerano frittatina, and a Fiocco pizza reheated in an electric oven.
It was all delicious, and the difference from gluten-containing products was unnoticeable. Finally, a dough that doesn't resemble shortbread, that's easy to enjoy, and doesn't leave the classic feeling of heaviness. A special mention also goes to the super-friendly staff and the owner, who is incredibly knowledgeable and attentive to the needs and emotions of his customers.
A tip: given the size of the appetizers, consider ordering one for two people. The prices are a bit high, but commensurate with the quality of the products.

The dough is simply extraordinary: soft, light, and highly digestible, a true treat for the palate.
The frittatine are crispy on the outside and creamy on the inside, rich in flavor and perfect for starting the meal. The desserts are a true revelation: fresh and delicious.
The atmosphere is refined and welcoming, the service impeccable and warm. Here you don't just eat pizza: you enjoy an authentic gastronomic experience, true Neapolitan tradition with a contemporary twist.
Highly recommended for those who love good food.

Very good food, excellent quality, but the prices are excessively high for the area and the place.
The staff can be a bit pushy at times when selling you products.
Overall, the pizza was excellent, but it's a shame about the prices.
We spent around €20-30 per person for just one pizza (special pizzas, obviously) and water.

Guys, eating at this pizzeria is not the same as at a regular pizzeria; you'll get a product unlike any other. The dough is meticulously crafted down to the smallest detail. The higher-than-average prices, in my opinion, are justified by the obsessive attention to detail. The best Genoese frittatina I've ever had, and a pizza that stays the same even when it cools, light and doesn't weigh you down overnight. Congratulations!

An excellent tasting experience. A veritable riot of flavors. We started with delicious fried appetizers, all of which were excellent, the one with Genovese was exceptional. The very light and flavorful pizzas should be eaten without the fried foods to fully enjoy them. We'll be back.

Siamo stati qui ieri sera e siamo stati accolti proprio dal proprietario che è stato gentilissimo e molto disponibile, proponendoci una visione del suo lavoro bella e affascinante.
Ci siamo seduti senza difficoltà avendo prenotato, nell’attesa abbiamo approfittato di un aperitivo spritz e patatine. Quindi abbiamo iniziato con gli antipasti: cuoppo napoletano bello abbondante e un fiore di zucca ripieno (che da solo ti sfamava totalmente). Abbiamo quindi assaggiato la Margherita (anche nella versione segreta e bufalina) e la famosa fiocco. L’impasto è veramente molto buono e leggero, indubbiamente la fiocco è molto impegnativa da finire, ma buona.
Il personale è gentile e garbato
Il prezzo è sicuramente un po’ più alto del normale ma il menù è pubblicato sul sito quindi chi va sa già quanto costerà (lo dico per coloro che si lamentano)
