You can't help but be satisfied with a dinner at this sushi restaurant. A step forward in technological terms Where you order everything completely from your smartphone, which now makes the waiter just a "porter" even if there is no lack of explanations, kindness and availability towards the customer on the part of the staff. It is definitely one of my favorite restaurants in the city So a visit is mandatory if you pass through Fano.

One of the best all you can eat sushi ever tried in Italy! Fresh fish, quality food, even with recipes different from the usual menu, even poke included. Advised!

The tuna tartare, like the rest of the menu, is very good. The service stands out for its professionalism; kindness and smile are at home. The modern and welcoming location. Spending a dinner or lunch here is a pleasant experience. Advised!

Excellent place, ok for the sushi, but the afters are top with very well made cocktails and the bar tender is very good at preparation. Too bad I was passing through for work, but if it happens I'll definitely come back.

Leaving aside the worsening of the quality of the food (all you can eat) compared to the first time I was there and for which I normally wouldn't even write a review, I had a bad experience with the raw tuna: it was inedible due to the flavor and the 'smell, so much so that I left a portion on the table. At the checkout I was told I would have to pay for it; after I refused and explained why, the cashier replied with "this time I won't charge you", instead of apologizing or simply letting it go. I don't think I'll come back: I don't think it's right to have to feel wrong for a problem that doesn't depend on me.

The place is very nice and the service is top. Compared to the other all you can eat options, the cuisine was a surprise both positively and negatively. The huramaki which are usually heavy and cloying in other restaurants have here well-measured and original ingredients. But if you go classic you personally lose. Nigiri with too much rice compared to fish and beef ravioli are not the best. Anyway, yummy bao 💚

I am changing my review as I have been criticized for some things regarding my criticism (which apparently was taken rather badly) first of all I write what I feel I want to write, I have not let myself be influenced by anything. Easy judgments are best kept to yourself. I didn't eat well, period. Can mistakes be made? Certain! But if you don't accept criticism, don't even ask for reviews. I didn't say that I had never eaten well in your restaurant, I simply said that the last time I perceived a drop in quality and don't worry about what my palate is able to taste or not. I've never drunk any of Don Perignon. But not even about the tavern, rather worry about your place instead of making your little assumptions. If I noticed certain things it's because I made comparisons. And there's no need for a star chef.

I am reviewing for the ONLY negative experience, I found myself without a table on the weekend despite an online reservation made in the previous days (as per the restaurant's suggestion when trying to contact by phone), I received a booking confirmation message and only by pure chance from friends who were trying upon adding seats to my table we discovered that we had no reservations at 6pm on Saturday evening, a big problem. The booking platform needs to be reviewed. Having said that, I have been going to the place for years and it remains one of my favorites, which is why I am particularly sorry for the mix-up. Having frequented both Fano and Pesaro perhaps in the last year I noticed a slight difference in the variety, creativity and perhaps a little in the quality of the chef's menu with greater satisfaction in the Pesaro restaurant.

Beautiful place, well-kept and very kind service girls. The dishes are interesting, they don't really meet my tastes and the fish didn't seem very fresh to me.
