A simply flawless experience! Yesterday's sushi was among the best I've ever had: incredibly fresh fish, perfect cuts, balanced flavors, and meticulous presentation. Every bite was an explosion of flavor and delicacy. Special mention for the attentive, cheerful service and relaxing atmosphere, which made everything even more enjoyable. A true treat for the palate. I'll be back very soon!

Last night's experience was decidedly positive. The à la carte selection was extensive, the dining room was well-maintained, and the staff were always present, attentive, and smiling. The sushi ingredients were excellent, with very interesting sauce and caviar pairings. We'll definitely be back.

We did the tasting in the "experience" part. Perfect experience, with balanced dishes and flavors capable of surprising with every taste. Precise, elegant and friendly service. The menu was very interesting starting from the amuse bouche to the dessert. And it has nothing to envy of other restaurants with a Michelin star. The wine list is complete with Italian and international choices, and obviously the choice of sake is also vast. The sommelier is among the most prepared I have met in tasting experiences.

What can I say... Exceptional! Amazing!

One of the best Japanese restaurants in Rome. You can decide whether to eat at a table or at a counter where a sort of trolley rotates with different dishes on top, distinguished by color and price... excellent sea bass with pistachios, tempura, 🍣 sushi... the owner welcomes you in a kimono, with the typical kindness of these people

Omakase menu was by far the best japanese proposition I've ever had (and I've had a lot, visiting those kinds of restaurants everywhere I go). The subtle and pefect mix of tastes in each small dish, topped with amazing presentation deserve 3 Michelin stars. But to get those the approach to guest would have to be slightly improved. Once you are inside - service is impecable. But if your reservation is for 7:30 pm and your are unfortunate to get earlier, you are kept on the pavement in 35 degrees heat, as they open their dors at exaclty 7:30. Unacceptable for this level of restaurant. They should either open 15 min. earlier and offer a drink while waiting or make reservations for slightly later hour, like 7:45. There was no Limoncello available, even though it is on the menu. Small thing but again - for Michelin recommended place it should not happen. I would actually send someone to the nearest store, it's not a 30years old champagne. So overall - for food - big yes. Service and atmosphere must be slightly improved to rich same level of perfection.

Absolutely among the best sushi restaurants in Rome

Il locale è molto carino anche se è posizionato in un piano interrato. Abbiamo mangiato scegliendo alcuni piatti particolari come lo spiedino di gamberi , la tartare di salmone con l’uovo al suo interno e i ravioli di gambero . Peccato che i dolci che volevamo assaggiare fossero finiti comunque anche il mochi verde era squisito. Il servizio un po’ lento ma comunque tutti molto gentili. Per la sala appartata con tavoli un po’ più spaziosi e comodi credo occorra prenotare , altrimenti c’è la sala con le panche e il rullo che gira al centro e dei tavolini ai lati un po’ stretti. Torneremo sicuramente . Più caro della media.

Ristorante che serve cucina giapponese con ingredienti di alta qualità. Ci sono dei tavoli da due un po’ risicati, mentre è consigliabile sedersi sul tavolo principale, dove scorreranno davanti ai vosti occhi le pietanze che potrete scegliere al momento. Tutti i piatti che ho proato sono stati ottimi e ci tornerei per provarne degli altri.
