The sushi was simply excellent, prepared with the freshest and highest quality ingredients. We had dinner in the room with the conveyor belt, a fun and practical experience that offered a great variety of courses, all with attention to the smallest details. Highly recommended for sushi lovers looking for a superior experience!

My wife and I enjoyed our anniversary here and thought everything was amazing! This is the best sushi we’ve had since being in Japan, including back home in the US. Highly recommended for sushi enthusiasts and anyone who is looking for a slight Italian twist to sushi (looking at the hamachi crudo which included truffle shavings)

I had the pleasure of having lunch in what I consider to be the only true and authentic Japanese restaurant in Rome. Every detail, from the care in the presentation of the dishes to the quality of the raw materials, conveys passion and respect for the Japanese culinary tradition.
The very fresh fish melts in your mouth. The service is attentive, discreet and ready to explain every detail of the menu, which demonstrates the passion and competence of the staff. The environment is elegant and minimalist. It was an extraordinary experience that I recommend to anyone who wants to discover the real Japan in Rome. We ate really well and abundantly, final bill €200 for 2 people. I will definitely come back to try other specialties!

We got the omakase menu, which was all around excellent. The food was super tasty, really creative presentation and the service was top notch. Would absolutely recommend.

Ceniamo al ristorante , con servizio al tavolo eccellente , sorridente e massima professionalità , non solo servizio al tavolo ma cena con piatti particolari, sashimi meravigliosi e piatto misto nigiri e rolls dal sapore unico e freschezza della materia prima. Il tutto contornato dalla maestria del sommelier che ci ha deliziato del suo sapere e della sua preparazione
Tutto perfetto , tutto armonioso dall’an ti pasto al dolce , i miei complimenti a tutto lo staff.
