We were here for my partner's birthday and were pleasantly surprised by the tasting menu. The dishes were beautiful and, above all, delicious, with attention to every detail. Andrea, with Pietro's help, guided us splendidly through this journey. It was an evening to remember. Thanks again.

The sushi is very good, the service excellent, although perhaps there's a bit too much attention to detail and some naive touches like the box with different colored salts.
Recommended, though; besides the sushi, the tempura is also excellent.

The food is good, but they force clients to order using a single tablet per table (which is also the menu you have to pass around). Even more annoyingly, the lack of communication with a real waiter at the time of ordering makes that dishes arrive at a random and often absurd order (such as two hot dishes for the same person at the same time or the clam soup after the sushi). A system of ordering that looks like the screen of a fast food restaurant does not seem adequate for a restaurant that otherwise is elegant and compelling.
For me, it's the best Japanese restaurant in Rome: excellent food and a menu that goes far beyond the classic dishes found in most Japanese restaurants. You can clearly sense the research into the raw materials and the great attention to detail in how they're prepared. I absolutely recommend the kaiten sushi, a truly interesting experience. Special praise goes to Massimiliano at the entrance, whose welcoming manner immediately makes you feel at ease, combining professionalism and friendliness.

We opted for the Omakaze menu and were a little disappointed overall due to some repetition (the Yuzu sauce was reused several times) and a rather simplistic avocado and salmon salad, I must say. The taste and quality of the ingredients were still very good, and the best part of the evening was the impeccable service!
