The chef's creations, the careful direction of the master sushi man, the only Japanese man operating in the city, together with the choice of raw materials and the prompt and courteous service, make it a point of excellence. I savored with satisfaction: scallops and yuzu, orodimare, gunkan red prawn and sea urchins; the fig semifreddo dessert is also delicious. The dishes chosen by my guests were also successful. A choice of excellent whites from Alto Adige, Friuli and Sicily with honest mark-ups and the possibility of choosing them by the glass, also an assortment of Japanese beers.

A fantastic experience... excellent food, refined dishes with unique flavours. Elegant and very suggestive atmosphere. I still dream about the coconut dessert.

This restaurant stands out by far in Palermo. I recommend that you let yourself be guided by chef Andrea to choose your dishes according to your requirements. Everything here is exquisitely spectacular. An experience of flavors. Super attentive and friendly service. Highly recommend it :)

The difference between this restaurant and classic AYCE restaurants lies in the quality of the ingredients. All the dishes we tasted were very good.
I recommend taking the selection of 24 pieces, a series of uramaki created by Gugino, each better than the other.
We also had tacos and hio bao, very soft white sandwiches filled with tuna tartare.
Elegant place even if not very spacious but I consider this a positive aspect to guarantee equally high quality service. In fact, the waits between one dish and another were balanced. Friendly and customer-focused waiters.
High quality/price ratio considering that the various pieces are small in size.
I recommend trying this place which stands out for its excellent quality.
