Excellent food with an open kitchen. Original and sophisticated menu. Beautiful venue. I would improve the service: I had to wait quite a while before anyone asked if I wanted a drink or if I was ready to order. Overall, one of my favorite restaurants in Palermo.

Exceptional place. Very beautiful venue, excellent food, and well-made cocktails. The only downside is the loud music, which doesn't really fit the style of the place.

In my opinion, a unique restaurant where you eat very well. Filippo is a high-level chef, Benny is a very nice person who always welcomes customers with a smile, and all the staff are very polite and kind.

Beautiful place, beautiful dishes and wonderful flavors! Really something you don't expect. I had sushi in many places in the world, here they are able to combine Sicilian tradition with sushi format. That's incredible!

If you want to savor a perfect fusion of Eastern and Mediterranean flavors, Sushi Lab is the place for you. I especially recommend the raw fish for its quality, freshness, and refined preparation. Friendly staff, and the prices are moderately high but adequate for the quality. The wine list is good.
