I think I have been going to this restaurant for more than 3 years now and in all this time I have not found better sushi in all of Siena, my favorite dishes are always the spicy donburi and the soy spaghetti, as far as sushi is concerned I may be strange but I love uramaki fruit🔥

Truly excellent sushi, excellent ramen, and first-rate ravioli! The location is clean, welcoming and lovely. The only small thing that is flawed and that I don't understand is the policy of having to finish all the courses on the spot, as happens in almost all Japanese restaurants... If the customer has the option of taking away if they realize they can't finish the meal, why make them pay additionally? considering that it was his choice anyway and that sooner or later he will have to consume it

I used to work here and we NEVER eat customer food. In the kitchen there isn't even a sink for mops so they have to be washed in the same place as the dishes. The rice cooker behind the kitchen was placed closely next to the dirty oil container and the rice spoon was always placed on dirty surfaces. Please

23/07/2024: The best sushi we have eaten... The dish with the salmon ball could easily be an appetizer at a Michelin restaurant!!!
13/07/2024: It's a bit hot during meals, I hope the air conditioning stays on all the time and not just when eating. It has some good offers recently. The waitress who served us was very nice and kind.

22/07/2024: Definitely positive experience for who, like me, really appreciate Japanese cuisine. I don't think it's possible in good faith not to be satisfied. Wide variety of foods as well as desserts, a little less in drinks, even a little expensive in truth like the final cost. I would like to point out an extraordinary fried chicken. flagship dish in management in my opinion. Place to try. Satisfaction.
03/05/2024: Excellent restaurant, small but well-kept environment, friendly and competent staff, excellent food. Without a doubt one of the best sushi restaurants I have ever tried. Highly recommended
