26/02/2024: I ate last night with the new experience formula which provides 12 dishes per person for 29 euros. Unfortunately the formula is not really open as they call it because some dishes have an extra 2 euros. The place is certainly beautiful and very well looked after. However, the tables are very small in size and also not great in terms of comfort, I am 185cm tall and I ate half bent over with my legs touching the table. The service was good although you have to say that a smile or a little more availability wouldn't have gone amiss, it seemed to annoy the waitress. The food, however, was undoubtedly very good: the incredible sashimi and nigiri with a truly high quality of fish. The rice was also cooked well and of the right type. The bao and tacos are good, very tasty. I didn't appreciate either the tartare or the maki because they were prepared with too much rice which covered the flavours. I would also add that if there is a limit of 12 dishes it makes no sense to use all this rice. As for the formula with 12 dishes, one is quite full, fortunately I "stole" two from my partner who was already full and therefore I was more than satisfied. Definitely good and of quality, overall experience would be a 4.5 but I give 5 on trust, hoping for better "atmosphere" and comfort during dinner
