I went for lunch with a friend for the first time, and I have to say I was thrilled. The sushi was delicious, the fish fresh, the staff very friendly, and the place was simple but very welcoming and clean. We'll definitely be back.

Lunch menu for one: - shrimp ravioli; - seared salmon (highly recommended); - soy noodles with vegetables (highly recommended); - salmon nigiri; - tiger roll (fried shrimp with salmon and spicy sauce). I had a really good lunch; the salmon was good quality, and I was amazed by both the ravioli and the soy noodles. In other sushi restaurants, I had felt these dishes were too heavy with butter, but here they were lighter and easier to look at. I paid for the lunch menu alone for €13.90 + water + cover charge of €17.40. A good price considering the general price increases, and excellent quality! I gave the ambience a low rating only because of the windowless and very small bathroom; otherwise, I highly recommend it!

I had dinner there on a Friday night, I had a good time! It wasn't that crowded, the place is nice even if a little dark, the food was excellent (I was hungry, sorry no photos, ahah, but try the tempura if you go there, it was super tasty) The price...well, with sushi for dinner you know! Basically it was like 24 euros, if you take a dessert and water + service it's 30. Speaking of the staff, the lady on the balcony is nice and speaks perfect not only Italian but also Pratese, did you understand?

A mio avviso uno dei migliori sushi in Toscana. Il locale è molto ben curato personale affabile veloce e mai invadente. La qualità del sushi freschissimo ma direi tutto il menù molto buono. La proprietaria persona meravigliosa che ti mette immediatamente a proprio agio anche perché parla benissimo la lingua italiana (cosa non da poco). Prezzo al di sotto della media ma che non influisce minimamente sulla qualità dei prodotti offerti. Consigliatissimo.
