Sushi Tao In Martina franca

We came across this sushi restaurant out of curiosity... and we returned a second time by choice, because it is truly excellent! The service is punctual, friendly and attentive without ever being intrusive. The variety of dishes is surprising, well above average: the menu offers a wide and original choice, with some really successful creative variations. The quality of the fish is remarkable: the freshness is immediately perceived, both to the sight and to the palate. The sashimi, in particular, is impeccable. Each dish is taken care of in detail, with attention also to the presentation. For an all you can eat, it is a gem. The owner was very kind, she told us that next month there will be interesting variations to the menu! A discovery that absolutely deserves to be shared... and repeated!

Best sushi in the area. Excellent food, very friendly and helpful staff with fast and attentive service. The only flaw is that when you leave there an unpleasant cooking smell remains. I recommend revising the hood to let out the odors. For the rest nothing to say

good Japanese restaurant with a good all you can eat menu, but it could be better

Cold environment not in keeping with Japanese style but still clean, modern and tidy, staff neither Chinese nor Japanese, good food, total rating 6.5

Since my last review of this place over three years ago (2021) I must admit that it has changed a lot for the better and in my opinion it is the best in Martina Franca. I remain of the opinion that from an "all you can eat" Japanese restaurant you cannot expect to pay 23 euros and eat like at Cannavacciuolo. But I would honestly recommend it to anyone who wants a new culinary experience.
