The fish is incredibly fresh, and the quality of the ingredients is evident. I tried both the all-you-can-eat menu, which was excellent value. The rolls are creative and well-balanced, with a great variety to choose from. Special mention goes to the sashimi (perfect cut) and the uramaki with salmon tartare. The staff is friendly and fast, even during the busiest times. I recommend booking on weekends because it's very popular—a sign that people appreciate it!
