Honestly, I found the food to be excellent, including the staff. I've read various reviews, but in my opinion, they aren't rude; perhaps you need to know the staff well. From my point of view, they seem friendly and helpful. Good!!!!!

Today we tried the famous "all you can eat" option: a custom menu with explanations in excellent Italian by the very helpful staff. You compile a list of dishes with their codes and quantities (simple and fun; desserts and drinks are not included). Rules: you have to eat everything. The food is also beautiful to look at! It's piping hot. The only drawback: they bring almost everything to you quickly.

Best sushi in Trieste! We have come many times and we always come back because the sushi is of excellent quality, tender and fresh, the choice is wonderful and original, simply delicious. Thank you!!!
