One of the few certainties in terms of quality, over the years I have been able to appreciate the commitment in trying to ensure this type of service is guaranteed. The portions have certainly decreased over the years. I recommend bringing the steamed gyoza and the various ramen.

The food is good but when the place is full the waits are long and the dishes arrive in fits and starts unfortunately without an order

The food doesn't seem very fresh

Excellent experience. I have been to Japan and can say the quality of food was very similar. Everything was very well presented. The service was excellent. Staff constantly observing everything from a distance. Didn't over crowd us. Cleared away plates frequently. We're very polite. We're available if required. The cashier was very cold and lacked social skills, but we didn't care because we were leaving and the other staff during service were so helpful, friendly, and polite. My only complaint The delivery of the food to the table was just a little too rushed. All the dishes ordered were brought to the table together. It was a little overwhelming. It would have been nice to get them in stages so we could better pace the experience and savour each dish. The only other issue was the atmosphere. The modern design of the restaurant meant It lacked a sense of Japanese culture. No Japanese background music, no Japanese art. I would highly recommend it as a place to eat. It's spotless, it's fairly priced, and tables are not on top of each other so it's not overcrowded at peak times.

Food is always great! Love coming here on the regular with friends and family! :-)

Beautiful location, courtesy and kindness

Very good si molto bello haha There was a Cat Robot that they didn't use but I'm assuming it was malfunctioning :( My friend did pet though and it even responded :3

Pleasant location, excellent dishes and wide choice. Friendly and helpful staff.

It was good. They give you the food on robots. The sushi was good. A lot of parking and has restaurants and shops next to it.

Locale molto carino, ben arredato ma con pietanze e clientela di massa. Non ho gustato del buon cibo ed il locale era super affollato con tanto rumore.
