An elegant and refined restaurant in Casarano where you can eat real sushi with high quality products! The owners are very helpful and friendly.

I visited this Japanese restaurant on the recommendation of some local friends. The location doesn't impress at first glance and might remind you of an all-you-can-eat restaurant (which it isn't) but the hospitality and cuisine quickly make it clear that you're looking at something very different. The hosts are a local gentleman and his wife, Japanese with an excellent knowledge of Japanese cuisine, who immediately make you feel at home with friendliness and kindness. The raw materials are of excellent quality and the mastery in the preparation of the sushi (on sight) make it clear that you are in front of one of the few true Japanese restaurants. The result is a sushi that, at all-you-can-eat prices or a little more, does not disappoint and actually surpasses many of the most famous names in Japanese catering in Salento. If you are looking for true, no-frills quality, Sushimaki is the right place.

Il nuovo locale da poco trasferiti con parcheggi nelle vicinanze. La gentilezza dei proprietari offre a chi sa gustare il sushi ottima serata
