The place is very nice, the staff are friendly, the food is excellent. It's a shame about the order limitations.

The two of us went for lunch during the week. Everything was very good, and the fried food was well done—something that's been quite rare at AYCE restaurants these days. A varied lunch menu and fast, attentive, and efficient service. We'll definitely be back.

Second time I go but it's not to my liking

One of the best sushi I've ever had!

Good service and some special dishes.

Considering the AYCE average in Bergamo in 2026, I think it's one of the best, but I'm not giving it a high rating because, like the others, it's incredible how these places (all AYCE) have reduced their offerings over the years. Where's the amberjack? Until two years ago, it was common to find it on every menu, now it's gone. And even the specialty dishes have decreased dramatically. The sashimi is like eating tasteless pieces of ice.

We've been frequenting Sushi Maison in Boltiere since it opened, and it's become our go-to spot: we return practically once a week. Every time, we find the same impeccable quality, incredibly fresh and carefully prepared dishes, and fast, friendly service. The menu is varied, the fish is always top-quality, and you can see the care and attention to detail that goes into preparing each dish. Even at peak times, the organization is flawless, and we've never had a single out-of-place experience. For us, it's undoubtedly the best sushi in the area: consistent, reliable, and truly delicious. Highly recommended.
