Excellent in everything, I just wanted to point out that the dishes like the tartare were a little too flavourful, otherwise it was a charming place, with attention to detail, clean, and very clean rooms. The only flaw was the seasoning, otherwise everything was truly excellent.

We were passing through on our way home, but we wanted to see Lake Trasimeno and then head back. We saw this sushi place, and the waiters were very kind to us as soon as we entered. They took us to our table, and the service was very fast. The bathrooms were very clean and hygienic. The food was delicious, and the prices, for what they are, were very, very reasonable. I recommend this place to anyone passing through or staying in the area between Perugia and Assisi. If we're passing through (since we're from Emilia Romagna), we'll definitely be back.
