The raw fish, while still the same as before, is fresher and more flavorful. The Chinese dishes, prepared by the new chef, are very good and deserve more success. The service is friendly and attentive. Recommended for anyone who enjoys a good raw or cooked dish without going to a mega-restaurant like the ones we see today. We ordered several takeout dishes, and I assure you, they were delicious. Perfectly cooked rice noodles, delicate veal with mushrooms and bamboo shoots, and exquisite sweet and sour shrimp. Quick and friendly. Excellent!
