A fixed point for years, simply the best. I have been going to Sushi Kobbo for about 7-8 years and I can say with certainty that it has never disappointed me. Each time it is an experience that combines quality, courtesy and a relaxing atmosphere. I can say without too much difficulty that so far I have never found a better place in the province of Varese. The sushi is always very fresh, prepared with care and presented impeccably. From the first time I went there until today, the quality has remained constant, if not even improved. The staff is friendly, especially the people who have been working there for a long time, they remember us and if there is time and the restaurant is not very full, they are always willing to have a pleasant chat. The place is welcoming, clean and well-kept, perfect both for a quiet dinner for two and for an evening with friends, sometimes it is true that it is very noisy on days like Saturday or Sunday evening, but the new arrangement of chairs and tables helps and is very elegant. The menu offers a great variety of choices with original proposals or in any case of excellent quality. There is always something new to try, without giving up the great classics. After all these years, Sushi Kobbo is not only a place to eat well, but also a place where I feel at home and can eat my favorite food without worrying about getting sick or having problems in general. Recommended for those looking for quality and an authentic atmosphere.

Ottimo ristorante, curato, elegante, pulito e con personale gentilissimo. Amo questo tipo di cucina e devo dire che sono rimasta molto colpita dalla qualità dei piatti, dalla presentazione e dalla grande scelta. Di solito mangio solo il crudo, tutto davvero favoloso. Lo consiglio. Se si accompagna un vino il prezzo sale, ma ne vale la pena
