Sushi-Kami In Segrate

The place is very nice and the section where there are games for children is a highlight for parents who want to have dinner but have their children with them. Vote 10! However, I would make two changes to the children's menu, also offering a very simple pasta with sauce. Our baby, for example, ate practically nothing. And for sushi in my opinion it wouldn't be bad if the uramaki/gunkan were smaller. Like other restaurants, portions of 4 pieces and with a smaller size. I think the logic is to fill the diner first to avoid having too many orders later. But in this way you risk becoming nauseated and perhaps moving forward and consequently wasting food. Overall the quality isn't bad. The staff is very nice and helpful.

The location, recently restored, has a fairly modern and refined look. On the other hand, you are invaded by the smells of the kitchen as soon as you set foot in the room. The restaurant is quite spacious, so the tables are well spaced and there is certainly no lack of comfort. The service was excellent: fast, but tidy; and the staff turned out to be kind and very helpful. If the uramaki didn't impress us too much, the oshizushi, in both versions on the menu, we liked very much in all aspects: i.e. flavour, combination and care in the plating. We could conclude by considering ourselves satisfied on average with our visit to Kami Sushi 2.0. Without a doubt, the quality of the fish is excellent and the service is excellent, but the smell that flooded the restaurant worsened our general opinion. For this reason, based on our experience, we give a rating of 3 stars out of 5.
