A great find. A welcoming place with great staff, very quick service, and very friendly service. I was also grateful for not being able to hear the loud chatter at other tables. The food was high-quality and beautifully presented. It's my first experience with Japanese cuisine, and I think it's worth a try. The all-you-can-eat option is the most popular, but you also need to have a good appetite. For a basic meal, the à la carte menu will do. Highly recommend.

As the name suggests, this is a sushi restaurant. I have tried several over the years, and this, for me, is truly one of the best. The fish is always fresh and perfectly prepared. The combination of flavors is explosive in every dish, and there are dozens of them, all different, hot and cold, always a surprise, thanks also to the expert combination of truly delicious sauces. The wait staff is always incredibly friendly, attentive, and fast. An excellent restaurant, you have to try it to believe it.

Yet another positive experience at this restaurant, it's a given. This time we decided to try it on a weekday for lunch, and the parking lot says it all. It's completely packed, even during the week at lunchtime. Fortunately, the parking lot is very large, but if it's full, there's also a convenient parking lot in front. As soon as you arrive, you're greeted by an almost Zen-like, very relaxing atmosphere. The wait staff is always friendly and smiling, escorting you to your table, and along the way, everyone you meet greets you very kindly. As soon as you sit down, a staff member comes over and very kindly asks if you'd like cutlery rather than chopsticks. The service is very fast, the sushi is very good, and above all, there's a wide selection of dishes, unique combinations, cooked and raw foods, Chinese, Japanese... The menu is truly extensive. In any case, Sushi Jo is always a guarantee, our go-to sushi spot. The only downside, alas, is the price, which has increased quite a bit compared to before. €31 for dinner is a bit steep. It's true that the quality is excellent, but it's still an all-you-can-eat restaurant, and honestly, the prices are a bit high. Another very inconvenient thing is the shifts they have on weekends. It's honestly very annoying to have an hour and a half to eat. If a couple goes to sushi for lunch, it's not just to stuff themselves, but also to enjoy it and maybe chat. Conclusion: maintain this quality but return to the previous prices and be a little more lenient with these shifts. Maybe only allow them for tables of four or more. A small suggestion.
