I've tried a lot of them in my life, but this place here, even though it may seem anonymous from the outside, manages to guarantee a truly exceptional quality of raw fish. Whatever dish you order, it is always carefully made and appetizing. Among other things, I go there for dinners, and sometimes I order the sautéed ramen to take away (at a cost of €7 which I find super fair) which is incredibly delicious. But their specialty, take it as a tip, besides obviously the sautéed ramen, are the Ebi Tempura (I really don't understand how they can be so perfect) and the spicy salmon (on the gunkan it's the end of the world). It is now a fixed stop, once a month, all you can eat dinner. I started going there because a friend of mine, working inside, told me that the cleanliness was extremely meticulous, the recipes for their top dishes remain top secret and rightly so. However, I ask you, please, come up with the recipe for ebi tempura and sautéed ramen because I can't tolerate the idea of ​​not having to eat them again if you have to move one day :D
