I've been coming to Sushi e Involtini for about 7-8 years now, and the quality hasn't changed.
The menu has certainly changed over the years, but the prices remain reasonable and commensurate with the service provided.
The bathrooms are super clean and smell great; the restrooms are also excellent.
There's ample parking outside, although unfortunately there are no trees for shade, but they still serve their purpose.
The dishes are served quickly and with care.
The staff is professional and never rude.
Just remember to ask for a receipt if you pay in cash, as they're a bit tricky about this.

Honestly, I found several things that weren't right: dust on the partition wall, dirty sofa, floor with food residue... and it was only 12:10 on a Saturday and we were the first customers, or at least, there was no one there at the time. The only saving grace was the bathroom, which was clean. The food was pretty much average for other all-you-can-eat restaurants. The air conditioning was almost nonexistent, made worse by the constantly open entrance door.

Good food. Air conditioning only in some areas. My wife and I had pocket fans and had to use them. The tablet was almost always dirty and greasy; a simple disinfectant would be enough after every new customer; it doesn't take much. We used to go to Chinese or Japanese places even for a small fee, but now it's a real pain when they present you with the bill...

A beautiful, large, modern, clean, well-organized restaurant with friendly waiters and good-quality food. Excellent value for money. A true all-you-can-eat. I recommend it and will be back!

A good all-you-can-eat sushi place. I've been there for dinner a few times, but mostly I go there every now and then for lunch because I work nearby and the food is good, and I don't know anyone who's ever had a bad experience. In the evening, like all AYCE restaurants, it has many more options, but that's normal. The prices have gone up a lot lately, like all other AYCE restaurants, while the quality has remained normal.

I picked up a takeout dinner here a few weeks ago, and my experience will definitely make me return. The owners are helpful, the wait times are more than reasonable, and the food is quality. Plus, the total price for dinner for six was truly surprising. More than satisfied.
