The salmon was fresh, but the rice was undercooked.

If you have little time ⏱️ it's ideal for replacing sandwiches and wraps. I quickly grabbed a good sushi (just under 250g) with a takeaway seaweed salad for just under €16. There are also vegetarian and mixed poke' or trays with rice, but I haven't seen packs of Sashimi. The drinks counter is also very well assorted, and the offer of Japanese sweets is decent.

Premise: we are at the limit between 3-4 stars. 3 stars given, because I'm in the business of charging enough and then finding little fish in the prepared sushi packages. Well done... lots of cucumber and rice... little fish!! It must be said that the sushi is of good quality, made by chefs visible to the eye. All kept in plastic trays of your choice under the counter, with lots of choice!!! Unfortunately, 3 stars must be given for the little fish present in the rolls (at least if you don't choose the rolls or salmon pieces).

My experience at Sushi Daily in Termini station is one of the best. I started going to Sushi Daily for a few months now, and I have never been disappointed, both by the staff and by their services and dishes. Today they welcomed me promptly when I felt ill, having diabetes. I needed kind people and here, I always feel safe. Generally, the environment is friendly, nice music to appreciate, clean place. And you can observe how the different dishes are prepared. Prices accessible to everyone. Menus also available for children, with fresh fruit. I am happy with my choice, over time, to always go to them when I pass by Termini station. Thanks Lori🥰, and thanks to all the staff there. They are good people, with a big heart. Fabulous discovery, on the terrace in Termini, the food is fantastic, excellent value for money, the staff very kind and extremely helpful, it will certainly always be a welcome stop when we have to wait for the train during lunch and dinner hours.... I hope you continue Like this
