One of the best all-you-can-eat Japanese restaurants in Carpi. Excellent raw material used to compose dishes that are very well prepared and presented in a sublime way. Vast choice of Uramaki, Nigiri, Hosomaki worthy of an à la carte restaurant. Reservations are recommended as there are few tables.

Beautiful place, the food is amazing, you can eat whatever you want, the best thing is the french fries and prawns yum yum I recommend it

We had dinner at this restaurant during the week, the service is quick, the staff is friendly, the environment is pleasant. Unfortunately, being small, when it fills it is very noisy. The quality of the dishes is above average, we opted for simple dishes such as sashimi, tartare, hosomaki... the only advice perhaps is the excessive quantity of rice in the nigiri. Overall recommended.

Very pleasant atmosphere and service. Courteous and fast waiters. On the menu, several vegetarian dishes too 🌿. We had dinner with some friends, all you can eat, with a rich menu, different from the usual ones around. Very good udon, sashimi too.

Excellent Japanese restaurant, my favorite in Carpi. Really good dishes and very well presented. Fast service and available for explanations if necessary. Better to book. Not much parking but there are side streets where you can find a place.

29/12/2024: We were guests of Silvana and we couldn't have made a better choice! The hotel is located in the center of Montese. The staff are very kind and friendly and they prepare truly delicious dishes: I highly recommend it to everyone!
12/12/2024: Fantastic farm, welcoming, warm, with polite, patient staff who are very good and expert at explaining what you eat. Fantastic food, excellent wild boar stew, excellent, fantastic shiitake mushrooms and cured meats, a pleasure. I can't wait to go back. I wholeheartedly recommend going there. Really, really excellent. Everything.

12/01/2025: Varied menu with quality ingredients, carefully prepared dishes. We ordered several fish dishes, all dishes were to our liking.
28/12/2024: The specialty of the place is raw fish and fish, the oysters are very large but tasty. I particularly liked the paccheri with scampi and the scallops with broccoli. The portions are not exactly abundant but the flavor is unique. The owner is an excellent wine connoisseur and the menu is well stocked to suit all tastes and budgets. Being in the lower Modena area, if it's a foggy period, it's a bit difficult to reach it, but otherwise nothing else to say
