The two of us went on a Sunday evening on the recommendation of friends. The set menu included a choice of first course, second course, and side dish. There were three options for each course. We chose two different menus and also shared a dessert and some wine by the glass. We had a great time, both for the quality of the food and the atmosphere.

Trattoria on Via Roma in Treviglio. As soon as you enter, you'll be greeted by the atmosphere of good food and the warm, welcoming atmosphere typical of a trattoria. The fixed-price menu, even on Sundays, is €20, including a choice of three appetizers, first course, and second course. The food is good and beautifully presented; the cheese platters, salami, and polenta with lard for the appetizer are particularly popular. House wine and desserts are not included. Coffee is served with a moka pot at your table. The service is attentive, timely, and above all, very friendly and kind. Highly recommended; I recommend making a reservation as there aren't many tables.

Excellent, well-prepared local cuisine, a trio of appetizers: homemade tagliatelle with mushrooms, radicchio and Taleggio gnocchi, braised beef with polenta, mustard and almond bites, a half liter of Montepulciano, coffee, limoncello, very friendly, fast, and attentive service, €45.

Baked pasta, chicken thigh with mashed potatoes, bread and focaccia, water and coffee. All for the now very rare cost of €10. Plus, a quarter of wine (3) and a dessert (5). Nice atmosphere. Precise, cheerful service characterised by Treviglio-style alacrity. Fully booked with people waiting, so reservations are required. Anyone who feels they haven't eaten enough has probably only ordered the side dish, which is included in the price.
